“I began my career in the world of hospitality abroad in 2015 and joined the Sani/Ikos Group in 2019, where I spent 3 seasons as a Front Office Agent. My background in Economics, combined with my experience in the Hospitality field, led to my integration in the AR Department in the summer of 2022.

As an AR Associate my main responsibilities are to supervise the daily reconciliation of revenue for every property and to offer back-office support to all fields of customer service agents. All members of the AR department are always focused on providing the highest level of service, so that we contribute our fair share to the constant search of excellence in the Sani/Ikos Group.“
