“I began my career in the Hospitality business as an Accounts Receivable Trainee in Sani Resort in 2003. Ending my apprenticeship, I moved to the Front Office Department as a Night Auditor in Porto Sani, which lead me to climb the hotel Front Office ranks, via a path including Sani Beach, Ikos Olivia, Sani Club (as a Rooms Division Manager) and Ikos Dassia (as a Front Office Manager). In the meantime, for the last 2 years, I have been holding the position of Accounts Receivable B2C Specialist in the respective department.
