There, I built a solid foundation in designing, delivering, and managing training programs in diverse, multicultural environments. In my current role at Sani/Ikos Group, I oversee our eLearning platform and create engaging, tailored content that supports strategic learning pathways across roles. I also analyze learning data to enhance program effectiveness.
