“My career in Learning & Development began in 2021 in the Netherlands, where I joined the global L&D department of a multinational manufacturing company. There, I built a solid foundation in designing, delivering, and managing training programs in diverse, multicultural environments. Over the years, I have deepened my expertise in onboarding, instructional design, gamified learning solutions, and LMS platform management.
In my current role at Sani/Ikos Group, I oversee our eLearning platform and create engaging, tailored content that supports strategic learning pathways across roles. I also analyze learning data to enhance program effectiveness. This experience combined with my background in communication-focused design and facilitation has equipped me with the skills to train teams in high-impact areas bringing a learner-centered approach.”
