Induction Training Essentials & Elevation | IAN Wave 3

The 1-day “Essentials & Elevation” Induction learning journey is designed for team members who completed the 2-day Induction in the previous year. This refresher course builds on their existing knowledge and offers focused content across the following key modules:

  2. Service Excellence & Emotional Intelligence
  3. BMVV | Living our Values
  4. The Decalogue of Excellence
  5. Fostering a Feedback Culture
  6. All time Classics & What’s New

The Essentials & Elevation program reflects our ongoing investment in our teams and demonstrates the genuine care we place in building strong, successful partnerships from the very beginning.

The session for Group 1 will be held in Spanish in the Anaya Restaurant from 09:00 to 17:00.

The session for Group 2 will be held in Spanish in the Night Club from 09:00 to 17:00.
