Induction Training Day 1 | IAN Wave 4

The 2-day “Welcome Onboard” Induction learning journey, designed specifically for all new employees, includes comprehensive content across the following key modules:

  1. Belief, Mission, Vision, Values (BMVV)
  2. Our Service and Our Guests
  3. The Decalogue of Excellence
  4. I know my Resort & I am Synced
  5. Safety & Security
  6. Sustainability

The Induction training program reflects our ongoing investment in our teams and demonstrates the genuine care we place in building strong, successful partnerships from the very beginning.

The session for Group 1 will be held in Spanish in the Flavors Restaurant from 09:00 to 16:30.

The session for Group 2 will be held in Spanish in the Anaya from 09:00 to 16:30.

The session for Group 3 will be held in English in the Meeting Room from 09:00 to 16:30.
