Food Safety & Hygiene | Train the Trainer SR

During this live onsite 2.5-hour Train the Trainer session, participants will have the opportunity to build the knowledge, confidence, and facilitation skills required to effectively cascade essential Food & Safety standards and practices across their teams.
Delivered by Sotiris Milonas in collaboration with our external partner Evangelos Panagiotou, the session is designed for Chefs de Cuisine, Pastry Chefs, F&B Managers, Assistant F&B Managers, and Warehouse Managers.
Following completion of the session, particpants will be expected to lead the on-the-job training of their Kitchen, Service, and Storage teams during the first month of the operation. Further guidance on the format and duration of the training rollout will be shared in due course.
