Training Objectives
During this Ecolab training session, participants will focus on the correct use of chemicals as well as the inspection of all equipment and dosing systems, with the aim of ensuring smooth and reliable operation.
Among other topics, participants will be trained on the following:
- Correct use and dosing of chemical products
- Descaling procedures for dishwashing machines
- Proper use of floor and work-surface cleaning chemicals
- Inspection and correct use of hand-wash and hand-sanitizing stations
- Checking correct operation and proper replenishment of dispensers
Participation
For this training, participation should include all Chief Stewards, Executive Chefs, Head Chefs, Sous Chefs, and Bar Managers, where feasible.
