Ειδικότερα κατά τη διάρκεια του σεμιναρίου θα γίνει παρουσίαση του περιβάλλοντος του προγράμματος. Παράλληλα θα αναλυθούν οι μέθοδοι εισαγωγής αιτημάτων και οι κύριες κατηγορίες ενώ θα γίνει και επίδειξη λειτουργίας για να αναδειχθούν όλα τα πλεονεκτήματα και τα νέα χαρακτηριστικά.
