This highly interactive session is designed to prepare and coach selected team members to effectively deliver the organizational Induction Training Program to the operational teams of their Resort.

Participants will learn how to create engaging and memorable learning experiences that meet the highest standards and lead to tangible, long-lasting business results.

  • Use verbal and non-verbal communication techniques to enhance engagement
