Loading Trainings

During this 1.5-hour session, participants will have the opportunity to build the knowledge, confidence, and facilitation skills required to effectively cascade essential Food Safety & Hygiene standards and practices across their teams.

Internal training on Food Safety & Hygiene remains mandatory under our HACCP and ISO 22000:2018 procedures, and is intended to further support alignment and consistency across Kitchen operations.

Delivered by Sotiris Milonas in collaboration with our external partner Evangelos Panagiotou, the session is designed for all Kitchen employees, regardless of hotel, outlet, level or position.

The session will be delivered live online through Microsoft Teams.
